Important Booking Information

By booking, you acknowledge, read, and agree to abide by the house rules and rental agreement. To confirm your reservation and activate your door access code, the following are required:

1. Full Payment
2. Photocopy of Your ID for Verification
3. Signed Rental Agreement
4. A security deposit will be held one day before check-in and automatically refreshed on the 7th day depending on the length of stay. The deposit will be released a few days after check-out if no damage or violations of house rules are found.
